Anne was born in Atlanta and has lived up and down the east coast. She has a background in technology sales, marketing & public relations. Having the responsiblity of managing employees at Solid Source Property Management and the team of Atlanta Housing Source, she has the experience of building good teams that work together.
Anne is a licensed Real Estate Broker and Real Estate Investor. She assists the team’s investor clients with property management and helps people who need to lease until they get their credit repaired. She gives classes on credit restoration and has helped hundreds of tenants and owners.
She is active in her church, the community and real estate investment groups like Georgia Real Estate Investor Association (GaREIA), North Metro REIA, IRCA Atlanta and MARC. She frequently assists other Investors in building their portfolio wisely. She was also honored by being selected and completing the Atlanta Board of REALTORS – 2007 Leadership Development Program.

Servicing Gwinnett, Bill has lived in the Atlanta all his life and in Gwinnett County for 25 years. Coming from the corporate world, he has been involved in real estate since 2000.
